First Internation Exim Conference and Tutorials
                        Announcement and Call for Papers
                          Birmingham, England; 23,24-Feb-2005


Purpose of Conference:

    * Provide a forum to discuss practical experiences using Exim,
      for a wide range of users, from ISPs to tiny sites.
    * Offer tutorials on specific Exim topics that are widely
      requested or very relevant at the time (e.g. spam filtering
      today).
    * Provide a venue for the Exim community, for informal
      networking and meeting socially.
    * Complement Phil Hazel's excellent courses on Exim, not
      replace them.



Call for papers, tutorials, BOF topics

    Papers:
      Please send abstracts of about 200 words, along with a short
      biography, to exim-conf@???.  Talks should last 30-45
      minutes, including Q&A. 


    Tutorials:
      If you would like to present a tutorial, please send an
      abstract as above.  If you have suggestions for tutorials
      you'd like to attend, please let us know.


    Closing date for submitting abstracts is 1-Dec-2004.

    Venue: Paragon Hotel

    Wednesday, 22-Feb-2005


        Morning - Choice of two tutorials:
           (Introductory or Advanced)
           (e.g. Spam and virus scanning with Exim)


        Afternoon - Conference papers


        Early evening - BOFS


        Evening - Social event / conference dinner


    Thursday, 23-Feb-2005
