[exim] quota_warn_message delivery

Hi,

I have setup quotas and the quota_warn_message option, when the user
crosses the threshold, the warning message is sent, my problem is if the
user crosses the threshold and the quota, the warning message is then
bounced as the quota is exceeded.

Is there any easy way to always allow a quota warning message to be
delivered, whatever the quota?
