When I saw this I did think It could be causing the problem!
When i change the setting, do I need to change it to say:
route_list = "* 192.168.1.13 byname"
or simply:
route_list = "192.168.1.13"?

You need to modify the route_list to reflect the server you want the
mail sent to. You've left it set to 'localhost'.
