spf is not the panacea, nor focused in avoiding undeserved bounces.

have you tried it ? we are rejecting spf fail with no false
rejections, in fact both concepts are totally oposed: a domain
owner who tells others that nobody could use it's domain in the
mailfrom except him is exposing a clear policy, there is no place
to false rejections. Of course there are very little people
publishing spf records that way.

you could also check the message body for a special header added
by your mta and reject any bounce without that header, but at the
end all methods have they own problems.
