It's it's undeserved bounces you want to get rid of, SPF doesn't help
much either -- there really aren't that many people rejecting mail for
an SPF 'fail' result, because they'd have too many false rejections that
way.

If you want to stop receiving bounces to mail you didn't send, try
SES/BATV. You don't need anybody else to participate for that; you don't
need the whole world to upgrade.
