[exim] Exiscan ACL and whitelist

Hi All...

I need to quickly whitelist some addresses in my Exim4 / Exiscan ACL (on
Debian Linux) configuration. I have been reading and I understand I can't
have per-user whitelisting because of the nature of the SMTP protocol.
However, is there an ability to specify a global whitelist?

As a temporary measure I set up a system filter to un-flag any SPAM flagged
email based upon the from domain, but that will still reject any email the
exceeds the SA score for acceptance.

Surely there is an easy way to do this?
