$ locate libldap
/usr/lib/libldap.dylib
/usr/lib/libldap_r.dylib

so just add -lldap to LOOKUP_LIBS in Local/Makefile.

MacOSX 10.3 comes with OpenLDAP2, so you have to uncomment the
following line in Local/Makefile if you haven't already done so:

LDAP_LIB_TYPE=OPENLDAP2
