[exim] exim on MacOSX

Hi,

I'm trying to install exim on macosx with ldap lookup support. I can't find
any ldap library path, though. Has anyone out there successfully compiled
exim with ldap support on MacOSX 10.3?

I've tried darwinports, but they don't support ldap either. I guess I could
add support for ldap by adding a variant for openldap, but I'd rather link
against Apple provided libraries if I can find them.
