"Spam Filtering for Mail Exchangers" HOWTO. It is now officially
published via The Linux Documentation Project:

(I'll need to update it soon though. By the time it took to get this
through the TLDP review process, some of the information has become
obsolete. Among other things, there is a broken link to a Microsoft
support document, that used to show a list of "dangerous" filename
extensions, such as .exe, .pif, .com, ...)
