It'd be slightly nicer if the postmaster_sender option implied the
postmaster option.

There's a similar problem with verify=header_sender. It's incorrect to
assume that addresses in headers are valid bounce addresses. I'd like an
option to specify the callout return path in this case. This is safe,
because so long as bounce address callout verification uses a null return
path a callout loop will not occur.
