of yahoo.com?

That's something you don't want to do - how do you know that genuine
yahoo.com email will arrive from a host which is MX for yahoo.com ?
(Hint: it doesn't).

Do you do other RCPT-time checks such as blocking bogus HELOs, DNSBL
etc? These can eliminate large quantities of unwanted mail. After
that, content scanning with SpamAssassin will probably get the numbers
down to a manageable level.
