[exim] caseful local parts in acl

Hi all,

Is anybody aware of a way to expand the local part of an address casefully in an
ACL? Whenever I use $local_part I get the lowercase version.

The manual shows caseful_local_parts for routers, and +caseful for address
lists, but neither of these helps me access the caseful local part in an ACL!
