Have you tried checking their domain with a checker such as the (very
handy and convenient)
http://www.squish.net/dnscheck/ ? This is a
fantastic tool which is quick and easy to use and read, recurses through
all possible DNS servers and often shows up DNS errors that can cause
inconsistent results/weird problems.
