The answer is brief by it's nature:
radius {<authentication string>} is the only known support for Radius.
That is, the only thing you can do is authenticate a user against RADIUS
server (simply yes/no logic). I guess Exim knows nothing about RADIUS
lookups and so on. I don't know the method of passing some per-user
information (did you mean quotes as RADIUS AV-pairs?).
If I miss something, people correct me.
