fine (except that, unless is CRAM-MD5, it is AUTH in clear, and why
is your MUA wrapping lines so short?).

simple, but unrelated to your question:

$ dig thehdhd.com mx

; <<>> DiG 9.2.2 <<>> thehdhd.com mx
;; global options: printcmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

$ dig thehdhd.com A

; <<>> DiG 9.2.2 <<>> thehdhd.com A
;; global options: printcmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

And where is the corresponding "temporarily rejected RCPT" line?

well, since I don't know what the recipient domain is, I cannot check
if its DNS is working now. So it might either be a malfunctioning DNS
for the recipient domain or a problem with your local resolver.
