[exim] tls-on-connect

Hello.

Would it be possible to include the tls-on-connect switch as a main
configurations parameter such as:

tls-on-connect = 465 : 587

To tell exim4 which ports should use ssl directly without STARTTLS ?
This would make it much easier to allow ssl-access WITHOUT having 2 runnings
daemons.
