[exim] TLS and Outlook

Hi

I tried to use TLS and Outlook 2003.
It seems this works only on port 25.

However, this problem was known in Outlook 2000:

STARTTLS negotiation on ports other than 25.

However, I got that problem with version 2003.

Has anyone else here seen this before?
