[exim] How do I configure exim to use STARTTLS?

Hi,

like I've mentioned above I try to use an exchange server as an
smarthost with exim. I'm forced to use TLS. I've searched the archives
but didn't find information about how to configure exim to use tls as a
client. Can you point me in this direction?
