I knew it is only "simple to request" :)

BTW How hard would be to make exim accept incoming LMTP connections ?
[ With providing "value added" to handling incoming connections ]
I think that using LMTP for communication between intranet servers or gateway
to internal server may provide enough advantages to make it worth doing.
