Nowhere, unless you install the source RPM, and then you will only get a
tarball plus spec file and other bits.

Are you sure it's not already compiled in? Many Exim RPMs, including the
ones from
ftp.exim.org, already have Exiscan compiled in. Try "exim -bV".

Note that if you're just going to self-compile then I'm not sure why you
are asking about how to get the source directory from an RPM; you might as
well just download the tarball. If you want an RPM I suggest you use the
ones from
ftp.exim.org; if the binaries there aren't suitable for whatever
reason then you can recompile the SRPM using "rpmbuild --rebuild
exim-whatever.src.rpm".
