Just for the archives;
Exim writes the 0C attribute explicitly, even if it's not necessary,
and will preserve it across maildirsize recalculations.
Courier-imap however will strip an attribute if its not necessary. The
0C is not necessary here, so it removes it when it does a
recalculation.
