[Exim] Exiscan and Spamassassin

Hi,

spamd is not scanning. Exim 4.40 w/ Exiscan patch. The acl looks like this:
warn message = X-Spam-Score: $spam score ($spam_bar)
log_message = spam score: $spam_score
spam = nobody:true

Spamassassin starts like this:
/usr/bin/spamd -x -L -d -u user -r /var/run/spamd.pid
It has a pid.

Nothing in log that helps. Exiscan is working. It scans with Clamav. I
tested Spamassassin using spamd test and it does work fine. This is a
mystery because I have Spamassassin working with other installations (Exim
4.34) and can't see a mistake. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this further?
