[Exim] source directory of EXIM 4.41 ????

anyone tell me where is the src dir of EXIM 4.41 if we
install exim 4.41 through RPM ....

by default where it creates src dir of EXIM 4.41

actually i want to compile exiscan patch for exim 4.41
so could anyone tell me where to put that patch file
in what location in EXIM 4.41 to compile exican latest
patch file with EXIM 4.41???
