[Exim] blocked domain keeps coming...

Hello there.

I made the following rule on the .conf:

deny  message = Invalid
        sender_domains = host1.domain.com : host2.domain.com

to block people that are sending spam using the address

"" <www.spam.spa@host1.domain.com>


running exim -bhc and using the same email I get blocked, but some
clients still receiving the spam.

host1.domain.com is the name of the exim server.
