Why did you not try a -bh with the IP that's getting rejected, then? That
might tell you more than trying a different one!.
Please post the exact list definition, the exact ACL and the exact output
from exim -bh (cut&paste, don't retype) - and please reply on the list not
privately, private advice starts the clock running....
