Easy - just add "!authenticated = *" in the same way that you have added
other DNSBL "bypasses". A simple example:

deny message = Blacklisted - $dnslist_text
     !authenticated = *
     !hosts = +relay_from_domains
     dnslists = foo.example.com : bar.example.com
