You should be able to do this yourself using the EICAR standard
anti-virus test file. For example, see:
http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/articles/eicar.html
for details. It's easy to construct an email containing this virus.
This is what I use when testing an upgrade of my anti-virus set up.
