This didn't help me exactly as I'm attend to...,
but reading deeper the chapiter around it I discovered the
"extra_local_interfaces"

And this is exacty what I'm looking for since 2 days !!

so a simple:

extra_local_interfaces = 12.34.56.78

is enough to do this !!
