[Exim] Please check router for user verification

Hi,

Could someone perhaps check if this router is roerrect.

It is supposed to do the following:
* Run only when verifying a recipient
* if one of the prefixes or suffixes is present, cut it off the
$local_part
* Check if there is an ldap entry on localhost with uid=$local_part -
and if there is not, fail teh verification
