[Exim] exim blocks

FreeBSD 5.2-CURRENT, exim-ldap2-4.34+22.

When users send big files to many recipients exim open about 7 remote
(outgoing) connections and stops get any other connection.

So, when exim send many e-mails it unavialable to get other.

What's wrong?
