[Exim] Recipients max per users

Hello, I have exim 3.36 in Solaris 8.0. , I want to limit the max number
of recipients per user, in this moment
i use the option recipients_max=30 , but this option limit all my users
to 30 recipients, I want that certain users can send to more
Recipients,    This is possible.. ..??
