[Exim] DCC and Exim?

Im looking at http://www.noctua.org.uk/paul/fetchmaildcc.html to incorporate DCC in one of my Exim servers. But, can anyone suggest a clever way to do this without fetchmail? Basically i would like to not accept the mail if either of the added header parts contains "many"? I dont suppose i could do this in an ACL i gather?
