Well, I don't actually DENY based on unverifiable EHLO. I delay 20
seconds. I'm thinking I may have to reduce this to 15 seconds, to
allow for some overhead within the Exim's default 30-second sender
callout timeout.

I *do* deny on "EHLO ip.address", "EHLO my.own.name", and no EHLO/HELO.
