The router concerned ('send_to_gateway'), presumably a manualroute router,
is trying to route the message to a host which either has one of the local
host's IPs or is considered as having one of the local host's IPs
(extra_local_interfaces or hosts_treat_as_local). It's probably broken.
Try a debug session with exim -bh and see what it tells you. And check the
definition of the router to see how the route_list or route_data is built
up, and see if there's a SNAFU.
