[Exim] config hook for smtp close

We write a data record at MAIL time, and would like a way to delete
those spammer-sourced ones which close the connection without us
having accepted any RCPTs. Is there any convenient way to do this?

A way of expanding a string on QUIT or RSET would be ideal.
If there isn't, can this be a wishlist item?
