Same as my ISP, which is why i use my smarthost solution. Basically, i cant
figure out why you would want to do this any other way then to use comcast
as your smart host?

But i suppose your best bet would simply be to not have anything in your
relay_from_hosts except localhost then Exim will not handle any non-locally
origining mails
