Thanks. Looks like a useful command, but it hasn't solved my
problem. I think my dynamic DNS is setup is wrong. If you have
a moment to check it out with a 'dig' or 'nslookup' query, the domain
I am trying to use is

sos.cable.nu

... and the mail host is

mail.sos.cable.nu
