Sounds like we should ask for a wishlist item in the fashion of something
like a /defer_ok paramater to the mysql_servers setting? :) Or even more
control could be gained by allowing a /defer_ok type paramater on any
${lookup ...} - maybe ${lookup/defer_ok ...}?
