"theplanet.com spam support" the guy says.

I've dealt personally with theplanet.com's abuse desk on a regular basis
over the last several months, and found them quite responsive, and if I
may say so, rabidly anti-spam.

Given my job, I deal with ISP abuse desks the world over, and so far
I've found theplanet.com far better than average.
