According to the Doc:

accept hosts = 127.0.0.1 : 192.168.0.0/24

It looks like there is some IPV6 host being defined in ::::1 but I
don't know what that is equal to as I have not started to use any V6
addressing. So unless you have IPV6 hosts on yoru network you can
safely remove that ...
