[Exim] turning off bounces

Is it possible to turn off the bounce mechanism completely? I am
thinking that as the spam problem gets worse, it might make sense
to accept messages without comment and provide no information which
might confirm or deny that an account exists. I know this is totally
unfriendly behavior but the net doesn't seem to be getting less hostile.
