Ask them why they still accept mail from Hotmail (to quote the most
blatant example of a site that doesn't use a verifiable HELO).
The "MUST NOT refuse" language in the RFC is quite clear (and is still
very much good advice), in spite of the sophistry and creative
interpretation seen both on this list and elsewhere.
