Does it? Why? Who changes the header line? Exim certainly does not
change the Message-ID: header line (unless you configure it to do so).
Sure, Exim's internal message id will be different, but the Message-ID:
header line should be the same, and its contents are logged on the <=
line. Unless, of course, your scanning application is changing it, which
is naughty.
