redirect router.

Basically, at the simplest, you could do something like this:
begin routers
rewrite_domain:
driver = redirect
domains = olddomain.example
data = ${quote:$local_part}@???
To get more complex (and handle multiple domains easily), you could pull the
data from a file or a database on-the-fly.
