[Exim] not running router for certain users

I've got a Q.

I use Amavis to scan for viruses. It works great, but is there a way to
NOT run it for certain users? For example, if user joe sends a message
bypass amavis. Otherwise, send it.

Amavis runs as a router/transport.

Any help is appreciated!
