Ok, I *knew* it had been discussed, which is why I was careful to
check the wishlist before responding. But not careful enough, it
seems.

I seem to have misunderstood the wishlist item, or read it too
quickly or something, in:
ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/exim4/WishList

where it refers to -bh and callouts.
