[Exim] Re: is this allowed email address in exim?

i have smarthost server and email that has that address
<sandro_tuscano_rafael/finance/company@???>; while my MX is
exim. When outside people of my company sending in such address it
gives this kind of error:

PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 550 Administrative prohibition

is there any way we can fix this problem in exim so that email will be
still forwarded to my smart host.

error in my maillog is like this:
