Exim doesn't care about which client submits the mail to it, so go ahead
and put a rule that will rewrite whatever. Just forget about mutt,
unless you want to confuse things.
You are not going to tell Exim to read each user's .muttrc, do you?
If you are, well, you can use perl for it. Should not be difficult, but
I am not a programmer of any sorts ;)
