It looks like your system is trying to deliver a bounce message to
wiadomskiaden@???. However, that recipient is being rejected
by the remote server. So, effectively, the bounce has bounced. But
obviously, you can't bounce a bounce, so Exim freezes it because there's
not really anything else it can do with the message.
