[Exim] newbie question

Hiyeee list. I'm using exim-4.34 and I'm having some doubt in my log
(maillog):

Jun 14 08:25:37 ms1 exim[31702]: 2004-06-14 08:25:37 no IP address found for
host mydomain.com.qa (during SMTP connection from remotehost.net
[69.162.117.247]:2238)

What does it mean? Anything I need to configure?
